Dr. Lior Yahalomi, a member of the Versa Operations team, has over 20 years of global leadership and management experience in the technology, financial services, venture capital and management consulting industries.

He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., a $2 billion public company (NYSE: VSH) in the technology sector; as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development for a GE Capital business unit, where he managed a global team responsible for strategy, M&A, new ventures, and global expansion; and as the Managing Director at CMGI's @Ventures Technology Fund. 

Previously, Lior completed successful interim assignments as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of our portfolio company Bell + Howell and as President of Civitas Media. He is currently a Director of Versa's portfolio companies Bell + Howell and Civitas Media. 

Dr. Yahalomi earned his Ph.D. in management from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Engineering from the Technion in Israel.
