Luis Pillich

Mr. Pillich, a member of the Investment team, brings 14 years of financial advisory and capital markets experience as an investment banker. He has significant knowledge of special situation transactions having advised companies in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, complex valuations and capital raising activities for clients both domestically and internationally. As an investment banker, he led successful transactions in the manufacturing, distribution, defense and media industries, among others. 

Mr. Pillich is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association and American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Pillich received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Hartford.
