Michael Fram

Mr. Fram, a member of the Versa Operations Team, has over 25 years of finance and operating experience in a variety of industries. He has been a Principal with a buyout firm focused on control investments and held senior operating roles at several companies and has served as a director on boards of numerous private equity portfolio companies working closely with their management teams. 

His experience spans several industries including manufacturing, retail, distribution, business services and education. Previously, Mr. Fram successfully completed an interim assignment as Chief Financial Officer of our portfolio company Hatteras Yachts.

Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Fram was a Managing Director at Liberty Partners, LP. Before Liberty, Mr. Fram was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s New York transaction support group and earlier in his career, he worked in Ernst & Young’s national office and audit practice. 

Mike earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a certified public accountant.
