Ms. Graver is a member of the Investment team. Prior to joining Versa, she was a financial restructuring analyst at Rothschild Inc., where she helped execute Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings for companies across a broad range of industries. 

Ms. Graver received a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Finance and Management, from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
