Mr. Guarino is a member of the Investment team. Prior to joining Versa, he was an associate at Peter J. Solomon Company, where he focused on the retail and consumer sectors and corporate restructurings, most recently as an Associate.

Mr. Guarino received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
