Mr. French has worked closely with Versa's portfolio operating companies including the content, quality and implementation of business, management and financial planning processes, and the execution of restructuring and value creation initiatives.
A former U.S. Naval Officer, Mr. French received his B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Dubuque and his M.S.B.A. from the University of Denver, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Provides consulting and advisory services to Versa's funds and portfolio companies for fees separate from those earned by the investment adviser.
